Rajesh Sanap
Rajesh Sanap is an independent researcher working on various taxa such as spiders, scorpions, geckos, snakes and leopards. He has published several research papers on taxonomy and natural history of lesser known life forms. He has also described about 15 species from various parts of India which are new to science. He has been studying human-leopard interactions for more than 7 years in various parts of Maharashtra. Currently, he is working on several spider groups across India. He is also involved in detailed documentation of biodiversity of Aarey Milk Colony, leopard activity in urban areas and cultural and social aspects of human-leopards interaction.
