Hari Sridhar recently completed a Phd from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. His dissertation focused on understanding why birds form mixed-species flocks and and how flock formation influences the organisation of bird communities. Currently, he is working with the Nature Conservation Foundation to design a course in conservation practice. Hari is also on the editorial team of the magazine Current Conservation.
