Chaitra Ramaiah is an engineer by profession and works for an IT company. He is a keen naturalist and a wildlife photographer by passion. He has been studying various aspects of nature for more than two decades and is an avid birder. He has published articles in magazines like Sanctuary Asia, SAEVUS, Indian Birds, etc. Some of his photographs are published in books like Birds of Konkan and Goa, Euro-Parrot and Indian Mammals. Chaitra now focuses primarily on birds.
