16th January evening sightings in Kabini:

Mammals;

Tigress was drinking water in the pond, after few minutes it got up and walking on the road, doing scent marking.

Jackal was walking beside the road.

Apart from that elephants, gaur, sambar, barking deer, Malabar giant squirrel and stripe necked mongoose.

Birds:

Jungle owlet, brown shrike, Crested hawk eagle, crested serpent eagle, black hooded oriole, streak throated woodpecker, white bellied woodpecker, bar headed goose, green bee eater’s and green imperial pigeons.

Reptiles:
Crocodiles.
