Mammals: Elephant (Tusker) swam across the backwaters from one side to another side.  Herd of Gaurs, Sambar, Malabar Giant Squirrel, Barking Deer and Wild Boar.

Birds: Crested Serpent Eagle, Grey-headed Fish Eagle, Osprey, Flock of Malabar Pied Hornbills, Ashy Wood Swallow, Chestnut-headed Bee-eaters, Great Thick-knee, Woolly-necked Stork and Malabar Grey Hornbill.

Reptiles: Monitor Lizard.

Spiders: Giant Wood Spider and Black Wood Spider.
