22nd January evening sightings in kabini: Mammals: Tigress walking on the road, saw the vehicle and disappeared into the bushes. Leopard walked across the road. Jackal was sitting beside the road. Apart from that ephants, gaur, sambar,stripe necked mongoose and Malabar giant squirrel. Birds: greater spotted eagle, grey headed fish eagle, streak throated woodpecker, green imperial pigeon, green bee eaters, white bellied woodpecker, malabar parakeets, osprey, Malabar pied hornbills and crested hawk eagle. Repiles: crocodile.
