12th January evening sightings in kabini: Mammals: 4 tigers ( mother and 2 cubs were sitting in the open area and male was sitting in the water at different places). Leopard walking on the road. Pack of 3 wild dogs were playing in the open area. Apart from that ephants, gaur, sambar,stripe necked mongoose and Malabar giant squirrel. Birds: white bellied woodpecker, common sandpiper, collered scoops owl, crested hawk eagle, yellow wagtails,grey headed fish eagle , green imperial pigeon, green bee eaters, white bellied woodpecker, Malabar parakeets and osprey. Repiles: crocodile.
