20th February morning sightings in kabini: Mammals: A huge male tiger walked across the road and doing scent markings. Jackal was eating dead gaur. Apart from that lephants,gaur, sambar, wild boars, Malabar giant squirrels and stripe necked mongoose. Birds: white backed vultures, red headed vultures, streak throated woodpecker, Malabar pied hornbills ,Common hawk cuckoo, shikra, Grey headed fish eagle, grey wagtails, green bee eaters, Crested serpent eagle, forest wagtails, Malabar pied hornbills, rose ringed parakeets, green imperial pigeon, yellow footed green pigeon, white bellied woodpecker,osprey and crested hawk eagle. Reptiles: crocodiles.
