29th February evening sightings in Kabini:

Mammals:

Tiger was sitting on the banks of Kabini back waters,(Bandipur side).

Black panther walking across the road.

Leopard walking beside the road

Pack of 2 wild dogs with a puppy playing in the water hole.

Apart from that elephants, gaur, sambar, barking deer, Malabar giant squirrel and stripe necked mongoose.

Birds: Brown shrike, osprey, grey headed fish eagle, common hawk cuckoo, White bellied drongo, jungle owlet, Crested hawk eagle, crested serpent eagle, black hooded oriole, throated woodpecker, white bellied woodpecker, green bee eater’s, Malabar parakeets and hill myna.

Reptiles:
Crocodiles.
