7th February morning sightings in kabini: Mammals: 2 tigers at different places, A huge male tiger walked across the road. Tigress was trying to cross the road, it saw the vehicle and went into the bushes. Jackal killing a spotted deer fawn. Pack of 2 wild dogs were playing in the open area. Apart from that ephants,gaur, sambar,stripe necked mongoose and Malabar giant squirrel. Birds: copper smith barbet, brown fish owl, crested hawk eagle, streak throated woodpecker, green imperial pigeon, green bee eaters, white bellied woodpecker, malabar parakeets, osprey, chestnut headed bee eaters, heart spotted woodpecker and black hooded oriole. Repiles: crocodiles.
