24th February morning sightings in kabini: Mammals: 4 tigers ( mother and 2 cubs walked across the road at one place). Another male was drinking water in the stream, it saw the vehicle and disappeared into the bushes. Apart from that lephants,gaur, sambar, wild boars, Malabar giant squirrels and stripe necked mongoose. Birds: Malabar pied hornbills ,Common hawk cuckoo, shikra, Grey headed fish eagle, grey wagtails, green bee eaters, Crested serpent eagle, forest wagtails, Malabar pied hornbills, rose ringed parakeets, green imperial pigeon, yellow footed green pigeon, white bellied woodpecker,osprey and crested hawk eagle. Reptiles: crocodiles.
