29th January evening sightings in kabini: Mammals: Raining cat sightings in kabini,,, 4 tigers ( mother and 2 cubs were crossed road at one place ). And another male tiger was sitting in the water, it saw the vehicle and disappear into the bushes. 6 leopards ( mother and 2 cubs were sitting beside the road, Male leopard walking on the road . Female leopard was sitting on a tree, Huge male leopard walked across the road. Apart from that ephants,gaur, sambar,stripe necked mongoose and Malabar giant squirrel. Birds: streak throated woodpecker, green imperial pigeon, green bee eaters, white bellied woodpecker, malabar parakeets, osprey, Malabar pied hornbills chestnut headed bee eaters, heart spotted woodpecker and tickles blue flycatcher. Repiles: crocodiles.
