4th February evening sightings in kabini: Mammals: 2 tigers ( tigress was sitting in the small ditch, it saw vehicle and moved into the bushes, And tiger cub ran across the road ). Young female leopard sitting on a tree. Jackal was walking along the road. Apart from that ephants,gaur, sambar,stripe necked mongoose and Malabar giant squirrel. Birds: Brown fish owl, crested hawk eagle, streak throated woodpecker, green imperial pigeon, green bee eaters, white bellied woodpecker, malabar parakeets, osprey, chestnut headed bee eaters, heart spotted woodpecker, black hooded oriole and forest wagtails. Repiles: crocodiles.
