2016 end up with amazing sightings at Bandipur :

MORNING

Pack of 5 wild dogs were killed a mouse deer, meanwhile a huge male Leopard emerged from the bush and it didn’t even know that there was feast of the pack, finally the pack decided to chase the Leopard away and Leopard managed to climb on tree..

Birds :

Indian pitta, Crested hawk eagle, Crested serpent eagle, Brown shrike, Long – tailed shrike, Plum – headed parakeet, Malabar parakeet, Grey wagtail.
EVENING :

Tigress, Sloth bear,Herd of Elephants and gaur, Barking deer, Stripe – necked mongoose, Wild boars.

Birds :

Crested serpent eagle, Green bee – eater, Crested hawk eagle, pied kingfisher, Rufus treepie, painted stork, Common goldenback woodpecker, Streak – throated woodpecker.
