1st February 2017 sightings in Bandipur :

MORNING

Mammals :

Elephants, Barking deer, Sambar, Stripe – necked mongoose, Ruddy mongoose, Wild boars, Malabar giant sqirrel.

EVENING

Mammals :

2 Tigers.

One was male crossed the road,

Another tigress was resting next to the pond,

Apart from that Herd of Elephants and Sambar, Stripe – necked mongoose, Wild boars.
Birds :

Crested hawk eagle, Crested serpent eagle, Brown shrike, Blue – bearded bee – eater, Yellow wagtail, White – bellied drongo..
