11th January morning sightings in Kabini:

Mammals:

4 Tigers at different places, ( 2 Tigers walked across the road, tigress was sitting beside the road and the other tigress was swam across the Kabini back waters).

Jackal was sitting in the open area.

3 Leopards ( Mother and 2 cubs were walking on the road).

Apart from that elephants, gaur, sambar, barking deer, Malabar giant squirrel and stripe necked mongoose.

Birds:

Velvet fronted nuthatch, Black hooded oriole, chestnut tailed starling, Indian scoops owl, forest wagtails, Malabar pied hornbills, streak throated woodpecker, bar headed goose, green bee eater’s,green imperial pigeons and brown shrike.

Reptiles:

Crocodiles.
