1st January evening sightings in Kabini:

Mammals:

2 Tigress at different places, ( one was walked across the road and the other walking on the road).

3 Sloth Bear’s ( mother and 2 cubs drinking water in the pond).

Apart from that elephants, gaur, sambar, barking deer, Malabar giant squirrel and stripe necked mongoose.

Birds:

Paradise flycatcher, blue bearded bee eaters, streak throated woodpecker, heart spotted woodpecker, bar headed goose, green bee eater’s and green imperial pigeons.

Reptiles:

Crocodiles.
