2nd February evening sightings in kabini: Mammals: 3 tigers ( mother and 2 cubs walked across the road ). 2 leopards at different places, One was sitting on a tree, and another one walking along the road. Jackal sitting beside the road. Apart from that ephants,gaur, sambar,stripe necked mongoose and Malabar giant squirrel. Birds: crested hawk eagle, streak throated woodpecker, green imperial pigeon, green bee eaters, white bellied woodpecker, malabar parakeets, osprey, chestnut headed bee eaters, heart spotted woodpecker and common hawk cuckoo. Repiles: crocodiles.
