14th February evening sightings in kabini: Mammals: 3 tigers ( 2 tiger cubs were sitting beside the road, they saw the vehicle and disappeared into the bushes) Another tiger walked across the road. Leopard sitting on a tree, it saw the vehicle and jumped down from the tree. 2 jackals at different places ( one was sitting beside the road another one walking on the road). Pack of 3 wild dogs walking along the road. Apart from that elephants, gaur, sambar, wild boars, Malabar giant squirrels and stripe necked mongoose. Birds: White rumped shama, Grey headed fish eagle, grey wagtails, chestnut headed bee eaters, Crested serpent eagle, forest wagtails, Malabar pied hornbills, rose ringed parakeets, green imperial pigeon, yellow footed green pigeon, white bellied woodpecker,osprey and crested hawk eagle. Reptiles: crocodiles.
