Mammals: Tiger was sitting on the bank of Backwaters. Elephant, Jackal, Herd of Gaur, Sambar, Barking Deer, Malabar Giant Squirrel and Wild Boar.
 
Birds: Lesser Adjutant Stork, Common Kestrel, Malabar Trogon, Black Stork, Osprey, Brown Fish Owl, Malabar Pied Hornbills, Spot-billed Ducks, Crested Serpent Eagle, River Terns, Great Thick-knee and Grey Heron.
 
Reptiles: Crocodile and Monitor lizard
