12th January morning sightings in kabini: Mammals: 3 Leopards ( mother and 2 cubs walked across the road). Pack of 5 wild dogs were playing beside the road. Jackal walking along the road. Apart from that ephants, gaur, sambar,stripe necked mongoose and Malabar giant squirrel. Birds : crested hawk eagle, yellow wagtails, osprey, grey headed fish eagle , green imperial pigeon, green bee eaters, white bellied woodpecker, Malabar parakeets,paradise flycatcher and osprey. Reptiles: crocodile.
