5th February morning sightings in Kabini:

Mammals:

2 Leopards at different places, (one was walking across the road and the other was with spotted deer kill).

Pack of 2 jackals sitting in the open area.

Apart from that elephants, gaur, sambar, barking deer, Malabar giant squirrel and stripe necked mongoose.

Birds:
Large cuckoo shrike,Jungle owlet, Crested hawk eagle, crested serpent eagle, black hooded oriole, streak throated woodpecker, white bellied woodpecker, bar headed goose and green bee eater’s.

Reptiles:
Crocodiles.
